When do I get my order?

Orders at MyStyle2Day are usually processed within 12 hours or the same day.
You’ll receive tracking information within 2 business days after processing.

Delivery time depends on the product and supplier, as we work with various brands and fulfillment partners worldwide.
Some products may arrive faster if they are shipped from our own warehouses.

If there are delays or shipping issues, we’ll investigate with the carrier before offering a replacement or refund.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays or extra costs.

What are your return rules?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@mystyle2day.com
 with your order number and photos of the item.
Once approved, the product must be sent back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, accessories, and manuals included

We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items (like underwear, swimwear, earrings, or cosmetics).

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Please note that transaction and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Always keep your proof of return shipment, and contact us first before sending anything back — unapproved returns will not be processed.
