MyStyle2Day is an online fashion webshop offering carefully selected clothing, shoes, jackets, and accessories. What began as a school project has grown into a fully operational brand with big ambitions, including opening physical stores across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.
We initially launched by selling high-quality replica items like Jordan and Yeezy, but have since shifted our focus to building our own fashion brand, with over four exclusive collections already launched.
2. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- We strive to ensure all product details, images, and prices are accurate and up to date.
- MyStyle2Day reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
- Orders can be placed without an account, though creating one allows easier tracking and access to order history.
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via live chat or support@mystyle2day.com. Changes may not be possible once an order is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. We work with various small to medium-sized clothing brands, designers, and fulfillment partners.
- The delivery time listed on the product page is an estimate based on typical delivery periods. Some products may ship faster due to stock in our own warehouses and global fulfillment centers.
- Orders are usually processed within 12 hours or the same day, but may take longer during peak periods.
- You will receive tracking information within 2 business days of order processing.
- If a package is lost or delayed, contact support@mystyle2day.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Failed Delivery / Pickup
- Most carriers provide a 7-day pickup period for parcels sent to a pick-up location. Instructions will be included in the shipping notification email.

- Shipping costs for a reshipment may be charged.
- We may cancel the order and refund the payment minus actual shipping costs.

Customer-Related Delays
- If delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to customer error, we may charge extra for reshipment or deduct shipping costs from refunds.
Proof of Delivery
- A package is considered delivered correctly when the carrier confirms delivery according to instructions.
- If a customer claims non-receipt, proof of delivery will be obtained from the carrier. Responsibility lies with the customer unless evidence proves otherwise.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Worn, damaged, or used items beyond trying-on may result in partial or no refund.
- If the packaging is missing or the product cannot be resold as new, full refunds may be refused.
- To initiate a return, contact support@mystyle2day.com with photos of the product.
- Returns are inspected before approval. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
- Transaction fees are non-refundable.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices include VAT (where applicable).
- We accept all major payment methods.
- Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
7. Intellectual Property
